Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lucinelle’s Art & Vintage Shop, all sales of vintage items are final. Due to the unique and pre-owned nature of these pieces, returns and refunds are not accepted.

Artwork, Art Prints & ShadeArt Parasols

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns.

If your artwork, art print, or parasol arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions.
