Original artwork, art prints, and ShadeArt parasols are offered as described in their individual listings.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a transaction cannot be completed.

Shipping & Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and preparation. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns & Refunds

Vintage items are final sale. Eligible returns for artwork, art prints, and ShadeArt parasols may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.

Intellectual Property

All original artwork, designs, photographs, and creative content belonging to Lucinelle’s Art & Vintage Shop may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
